Housing programs include:
- Public Housing - public housing units owned and managed by IVHA, varying in size and style. They offer low rents based on household income.
- Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program - major federally funded program which helps low-income households afford decent, safe and sanitary housing.
- Senior/Disabled Housing - low-rent units for seniors and the disabled located in Brawley and El Centro.
- Farm worker housing units.
