Programs and Incentives

Incentives are available both locally and at the State level depending on the scope, level of investment, and total impact on the community your business may bring. The City has numerous incentive instruments at its disposal, including TIF districts, infrastructure assistance, workforce assistance, and sales tax rebates among others. Our staff is also willing to assist in applying for state incentives, such as the Quality Jobs Act workforce incentives.
